Need ECV. Staying at the dolphin

My family and my mom are going in Sept. We have 2 rooms at the dolphin. The last time my mom went with us 2 years ago, she was just too tired with all the walking. I want to rent her an ECV (hope she doesn't run anyone down, though!). What is the best rental place to rent from? Any advice on which type to rent her? Thanks for any help.
