Are you able to leave a message, I'm not sure what time they stop processing payment. I think even if you make a computer payment to DU, they still have to process it to Disney.
DU assigns you a reservation number (which is different than DCL's.) the DU password, in my experience, is usually the ship name and year, all lowercase...like fantasy2015

Just in case this happens again to anyone please encourage them to call our office toll free at 1-888-374-0494. Even if it's after hours they can leave a message and someone will get back to them as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone - and John! - for the help. I had two rooms, one of which was a transferred reservation, and that put a bug in the works somewhere with the reservation number I had in my paperwork. It's sorted out now, and I'm very happy with the way John has taken his Saturday evening to communicate with me in this issue.
