Need Dinner Suggestion After AK & Before HS

We will be spending the day on Dec 20th at AK and will then go over to HS for EMH at 8pm. Does anyone have suggestions for good TS that will be reasonably easy to get to from AK and easy to get to HS? I'm thinking that catching a resort bus from AK might be the best option, but I don't know which resorts might be the quickest to get to and have good TS.

From AK, take the bus to the Boardwalk Inn (or Beach Club/Yacht Club).

The Boardwalk has ESPN Club, the new Kouzzina, Big River Brew Works, the Flying Fish (signature dining). Yacht Club has the Yachtman's Steakhouse (signature dining), and Captain's Grille. Beach Club has the buffet at Cape May Cafe. Swan and Dolphin hotels have good restaurants too, but are not on the DDP. All of these are within walking distance of each other around the lake, which is about a mile around.

After dinner take the boat from the Boardwalk stop or the Yacht Club stop or the Swan/Dolphin stop directly to HS. You could walk to HS too, but I'd rather save my walking for the parks.

I completely forgot that there is a boat to HS! We've never been over to the Boardwalk area, so I think this plan might be a winner. Thanks!

We're going to grab the bus at AK to AKL and have an early dinner at Boma - then hop on the bus right at AK to MK for Spectro and Wishes one night - mostly because we own at AKV and the big kids haven't seen the resort yet (and we love the dinner buffet at Boma, too!)
