Need dining suggestion!

We are a party of nine that would like suggestions for dining in FW, WS, or near MK for lunch or dinner prior to e-ride night at MK. There are 5 adults and four children (3-8yo). We are already doing Whispering Canyon Gafe, Marakesh, Garden Grill, Crystal Palace, and CRT during our trip and want something else special. We are staying at WDW Dolphin. Your suggestions please...Thanks in advance DBFs (disboard friends - I thought I'd make up my own abbreviation!)

You could go to Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary for a buffet character dinner...I've only done the buffet breakfast there but have heard the dinner is great too. We love the characters there and the buffet is great for being able to pick and choose what you want for food. Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Chip & Dale, and Goofy are there for breakfast and I think it only varies slightly for dinner. Then you can hop on the monorail for the quick ride to MK. Enjoy

Like Mickeys Mommy, Ive only been to Chef Mickeys for breakfast, but I think that would be a great idea too.
Or how about Ohana? We are trying that for the first time on our Dec trip for DS's birthday dinner. It seems to get rave reviews on this board.

Kona Cafe, also at the Poly, for a great meal! No characters but good food and whimsical desserts for the kiddies!

Take the boat from MK to FW and try the buffet at Trail's End. MOST EXCELLENT. Then return to MK the same way - not a bad trip, either.

We had dinner at Chef Mickey's last year and really enjoyed it--the desserts were wonderful

'Ohana is fun and the food is great. There are lots of games that the kids can pariticpate in.

Chef Mickeys is also good for dinner. I really rate their salad bar and I loved the parmesan mashed potatoes.

Were you looking for another EPCOT restaurant as well ? I see you're staying at the Dolphin - well Spoodles (whilst not in EPCOT) is quite good and very children-friendly.
