Need dining advice

I have an ADR for Tusker for 5/16. I got it because I was hoping to get a ROL pkg eventually which is probably not going to happen until June or later. My friend has never been to Disney and is up for anything. I was debating whether to change the ADR to Sanaa but the fact that TH is a character meal, has me torn. It would be the only meal we had with Mickey and Donald. Since its her first trip, what would you do?

I love the food at Tusker House. Your friend will be able to try many different African dishes instead of just one entree. Also, it's her first Character meal, so that really puts it over the top. And then there's no round trip on a bus, so more time to enjoy AK. I think you should keep your Tusker House ADR.
