Need Ding Help - Asap!!!

Last night (without thinking really), I used some ticketless funds & credit card to purchase a DING fare to LAX.

Today, after talking it over with DH, its not such a good idea right now.

I want to cancel that ressie...AND apply it to a cheaper DING fare showing up now to Philly for different dates.

HOWEVER, I can't seem to pull up the LAX ressie under CHANGE OR CANCEL.

I need to cancel LAX first right(?) so it turns into Ticketless funds again & then book the philly flights. RIGHT?

What am I doing wrong? Do I need to call to do this or can I do it online? Its not working.

NEVERMIND!!!!

I was correct in what I needed to do. But in my haste, I was reading LAX ressie # wrong. In the #, I was taking the letter I for a 1. LOL

All set & done!!!!
