need design for surprise birthday trip

My friend and I are planning to surprise our three daughters with a trip in March to celebrate their three birthdays. Jessica turns 16 while we are there, Sarah turns 16 in May, Rachel turns 13 a few weeks after the trip. Us moms are good with ideas, not so much with turning the idea into a great design.

Sarah and Jessica like Tinkerbell, Rachel is a Minnie Mouse kind of gal. The rest of the crew is me, Martha (mom of Sarah and a Mickey fan), Deanne (Minnie fan) and Mark (Goofy fan) and parents of Jessica and Rachel. We want to create birthday buttons for each girl, and matching shirts for all of us to wear. The designs I see on this board are amazing and I have no doubt someone with more ability than I do will come up with something brilliant. So far the only design idea I have come up with is:

Jessica ...16
Sarah... 16
Rachel... 13
A surprise birthday trip to Disneyworld... Priceless!

If anyone can help us out we would appreciate it! Can't tell you how much fun us moms are having scheming and plotting to pull this off!

Well I've done something up that I hope you'll like. I tried to keep it more 16 year old-ish. Let me know what you think.
