need design altered Please HELP!!

Hello Designers,

I want to us this design for Chirstmas.

However Leonsmom is no designing now. She orginally did the design.
There are 2 people on the design I need removed because they are no
longer dating members of the family. Please remove Renee and James from the design.

I moved Barbara and Sue over to eliminate the white space from removing the others..
