Need December info

We will be going to Universal for the first time December 15th-18th. It's a Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues. We are staying on site at Royal Pacific. Lot's of questions.
How busy will it be at that time?
How many days to do the 2 park?
What is the weather like around that time?
Any must see's/do's?
I heard Emeril's is a good restaurant. When should we make reservations?
Any other dinner suggestions?
Any night life suggestions?
How long a walk to each park?
Any information is helpful. We are very excited to go!

We are going Dec 16th -- 20th and staying at RPR too.

I cant answer everyone of your questions but;

I dont expect the parks to be real busy. Local school is still in at that time in Central FL. You will have FOTL so you will be fine.

The weather can be tricky. That time of year cold fronts move in which starts with a little rain and then the cooler temperatures. It all depends on if one of those fronts come on through during that time. Be prepared for daytime 50's -- 70's.

RPR is closer to IOA than US. There are water taxis that can take you right to the parks.

We were there last year that time. Crowds were very low. Weather is warm during the day, but you may need long pants and a jacket and/or sleeves i the evenings.

It's about a 10 min walk from RPR to IOA, about 5 minutes more to US.
