HELP!
My friend tried to sign up for the 5K during Marathon weekend last week when it said it was 90% full, at that time the website was not allowing anything to happen so my friend e-mailed rundisney to see what was up??
NOW, she has tried several times to put her family on the waitlist (which is now active on the website) and after entering all 4 participants it gives her an error message saying she has exceeded the number of allowed participants and cuts her off!!!
I registered all my family prior to the waitlist so I know 4 people can be entered at one time. Is this a waitlist thing..
In the meantime while she still WAITS for Disney to respond back to her via email
Others are possibly getting ahead of her on the wait list..
Any idea of what she can do OR a number she can call???
