Need clarification

Using the Dining Plan for the first time this summer. If we are to check out by 11 AM on July 21, does that mean I can still use the Dining Plan on the 21st or did it already expire at midnight?

If you check out on the 21st, the credits will expire at midnight AFTER you check out, so yes, you can use them on the 21st.
