Need Car Rental Information Please!

Looking for the good, the bad and the ugly on renting a car in Orlando. Things like price, location of the pick up and return area and just overall experiences you've had with the various rental agencies. Any that are two thumbs up and any that you would avoid at all costs.

Also, is using a credit card the only way you can rent a car? Has anyone here ever done it with a debit card or cash as a security?

i think alamo is the only one that takes a debit card, i am not sure if there are any others, this is our first year renting a car i have not used them in the pase but every company has good and bad reviews, i know there are several inside the airport

not sure who else is inside but i do know some of the other comapnies are dollar, avis, hertz, l&m don't worry these boards agre great and you will find the help you need here

Alamo, dollar and budget take debit cards. Dollar and Budget hold a certain amount over the cost of the car .

Hertz will take a debit card if you are a member of their #1 Club and the card is in your profile.
