In your experience, what is the best non-character breakfast buffet at a Disney resort?

Thank you!

Another vote for Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge! The food is, for the most part, the usual stuff (e.g., waffles, sausage, bacon), but there are a few items with an African twist. They have quinoa, bobotie, and a sausage skillet (has hints of curry). Also, the frunch (juice) is really good.

Not sure if this one counts as Disney resort - but my family thinks the best buffet breakfast hands down is Fresh at the Dolphin hotel. Made to order eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, and french toast... fresh juice and good coffee. Drawbacks... not on dinning plan, and you can't use your KTTW card for payment. Discounts are offered for DVC and AAA (those are the ones I know/use).

:earsboy:Boma. The Wave used to have a breakfast, not sure if they still do... that is good too.

Dh has one request for our May 2012 trip; he wants to go to Boma for breakfast. We both thought it was the best breakfast of our trip.
