Need Boardwalk One BR Villa 1/4 to 1/11

Coming to Disney for Half and Full Marathon and would like to secure a Standard 1 BR Villa at Boardwalk.....I believe the points needed are 162. Would like to pay in the 9.5 and 10 range......any help?
