Need Binder/notebook help!

We are heading to WDW for our first family trip in a little over a month!! DH and I have been - 12 years ago - so are familiar with the layout of MK, Epcot and DHS - but know that there are new rides, etc. in each park. AK will be new for all of us!

I have seen some wonderful binders here on the DS and I need help knowing how to format mine/what to use. I do plan to take my Passporter to the parks with us - this will have our ADR numbers, maps and basic info - so I don't want the binder to be too big or overwhelming, kwim??

I mainly want the binder to include great tips that I have found here or at Touring Plans, etc. Things like where to get a CS hamburger kids meal at MK, best spot for watching the parades/fireworks, where to find a Dole whip float - you know the little things that make a trip more special!

So do I use 8 x 11 or 3 x 5 notecards in a photo book - help!! I want it easy to use and light to carry - any ideas???

Since you already have your passporter with information, I would type up your tips/info for each park (place to see shows, food/snacks, etc) and print it out and glue onto a notecard - front and back and then laminate it and use a ring to hold them all together. It will be small and easy to go through.

Thanks - I love this idea! Would be small, but the lamination would keep it readable - even after Splash Mountain!!
