Need arms for Ariel doll

Ok, I know this is an odd posting but I don't know where to post my request. Our pup managed to go over the baby gate into my daughter's room and steal Ariel. In her excitement she destroyed the Ariel's arms. Ariel was bought for Sar (then age 3) at our first Disney trip (and was her first doll ((Sar is not a "doll" person but adores Ariel.)) ). Sar is heartbroken. Does anyone know, is it possible for us to replace the arms and if so, from where would I order new arms? Thanks in advance for any help you can give us.

Oh, buying a new Ariel was suggested but was not an acceptable solution.

Awww, so sorry! :sad2:

Of course I'm not 100% sure, but I have a feeling it would be quite difficult to replace only the arms of that doll. Breaking down and replacing the doll all together really may be your best bet.

Maybe you can try calling Mail Order Merchandise at WDW. They can mail order any item found in WDW as if you were shopping in person. Their number is 407-363-6200. Good luck!!

Bad puppy... :dog2:

Mamalle, Thank you. The doll is a Disneyworld doll. Switching out the arms is definately worth a try. I will PM you shortly after as I visit the FAQ to figure out how to PM. If other folks have suggestions, please continue to post them - in case I cannot get the arms out and back in.

RoyalVizier,
I agree that it may be impossible to replace the arms but I have to try. I am a sucker for tears and since she is not a child that crys often - well, the tears work. If I cannot replace the arms then I will call WDW. Thanks for the number.

Had a similar situation with ET doll when my daughter was young. We replaced the doll after our dog chewed it up. Trust me, daughter will learn to love the new one. Don't torture yourself. :Pinkbounc :bounce:
