Need apt near WDW Jan-July 2013

Can anyone offer advice on apt search for 6 months near WDW?
I won't have an opportunity to go look at apts in person.
I really hate the idea of leasing an apt sight-unseen.
Need it to be cheap.
Are there safe, clean, desirable apt complexes that are reasonably priced near WDW?
That is only a couple months to find one.
It needs to be a 6 month lease--Jan 1 to July 1.
