Need Annual Pass help

Just received deluxe annual pass tickets in the mail today (we ordered via disneyland.com) but am unaware how to go about getting the "real" card. That I understood, aren't I suppose to get a card? Where do I go to get this? I was told by another AP holder that they need to take our picture for this card- where do we do that?

We plan on arriving at Disneyland sometime on a monday around 6 or 7ish in the evening, is the place to get the actual AP card going to be open at nights or do we have to wait until Tuesday morning to do this?

They just sent the tickets with no directions so sorry if these are dumb questions!!

The AP processing center is currently in Tomorrowland near the Starcade. You'll fill out some info, get your picture taken and they'll hand you a plastic card with you pic, name, type of AP, expiration date, a bar code, your AP number that you can use to get into the AP holder section on DL.com, and if you included parking it will have a big P on it.

By the way just to clarify, you'll use the pass you have to enter for the first time. You may or may not have to pay for parking (they've changed this a few times) If you have parking added to one of your passes and you paid for parking the day you enter bring the little ticket they gave you and they will give you your money back. You must get your picture taken on the day you get your pass, and I may be wrong, but I think that ticket is only good at DL, you must get your picture pass and then you may hop to DCA. (could be wrong about this)

Thanks for the info guys! I know where that location is (near the starcade near space mt. right). Okay, now how late are they open? We're driving down from San Francisco on Monday Sept.6th and hopefully will be getting there around 6pm at the latest. I just checked the hours for that day and it seems to be the last day they will be open till 11pm. Now does the annual pass center close at a certain hour or is it open for the entire duration of the park's open hours? I guess we could just ask a CM at the gate but we're freaked out that we go in the park only to find out we can't get our laminated cards and great, we just used our temporary tickets haha.

The AP desk usually stays open beyond the park closing to accommodate those who want to convert PH passes. It is actually at the exit of Space Mountain which of course is still being refurbished. The CMs at the AP counter didn't know how long it would be located in the Tomorrowland area.
