Need an idea for a fondue pot

DH and I will be alone for Christmas Eve so I planned to make a small buffet for just us. I wanted to make a fondue, but I don't have a fondue pot. I also don't have a small crock pot or anything that could substitute for it. I figure you folks are so clever, you could probably think of something I could use from my ordinary pots and pans. Any ideas? And if you have a good cheese fondue recipe, feel free to offer it up!
