Need an good an easy recipe

never saw an easy recipe for this. So I am subscribing..... :)

I par boil cabbage in a large pan..just enough until I can take apart the leaves. I make some minute rice (about a cup) mix it with onion and hamburg. I put half a can of tomato soup in it with an egg, and squish it all up. I roll it up into cabbage leaves and hold them with a toothpick. I put them in a casserol dish and I pour some tomato soup on top (1 1/2 cans) and bake it about 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Everyone seems to like it.
Sometimes, if I'm in a hurry, I cook them in a microwave and put them in the oven just before company comes, to brown the tops.

The trick to making stuffed cabbage "easy" is to freeze the head of cabbage and as it defrosts the leaves just peel off it is so easy!!!!
then of course you mix the cooked rice with ground meat, stuff and roll the cabbage. I use tomato soup 1 can to 1 can of water. I sometimes even put it in the crock pot.

I can never roll it very good, so I chop up the cabbage and make a "stuffed cabbage" soup. MMMMM, wish I had some now!
