I need a lunch suggestion for out Epcot day... We will do Akeshurs for dinner. Want something non buffet and non character! Could be counter...Prefer table service... Mexican maybe? Kids are kinda picky.
We have lunch ressies at Coral Reef but I am rethinking them! The kids menu is so limited...Pizza or grilled fish- yuck. I'd want more choices than that! When we go eat seafood they eat shrimp, crab, etc...
The adult menu sounds great, however....Maybe we will just share
Will you kids eat chicken or shrimp. We love Teppan Edo in Japan. It is fun to watch them cook in front of you and even my picky eater son loves the chicken there.

YES! They love shrimp. When I said they were picky, I meant they won't always want pizza and hot dogs - they like real food! And I know if I tell them they have to choose one of those while everyone else is eating ribs - well, that's just WRONG!
With it being SOOOO difficult to get an ADR at Le Cellier we've fallen back on other favorite a lot these days as many other posters mentioned, Coral Reef. My dd loves the mac n meat. I love the trout. So that makes it easy. If you'd like to see some photos of the restaurant as well as my review feel free to check it out on my dining website. We do also like GG but no more lunch (and it is characters), just dinner (we miss lunch there )
Teppan Edo for a fun show and good food, Via Napoli for pizza and giant pizza ovens, Sunshine Seasons has a great variety and great quality for a counter service place, and the Tangerine Cafe in Morocco is my other CS choice for Epcot.
Another vote for Sunshine Seasons. Lots of choices; I especially like the rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes. Tons of things to choose from, plus it's quick and has lots of seating!
Just tried Sunshine Seasons for the first time 2 days ago and WOW! Impressive! I walked up to the lady at the bakery counter and said "Excuse me please, which of these deserts are available with the counter service meal on the dining plan?" She looked at me and smiled and said "All of them!"
I passed out.
When I got up, I ordered the strawberry shortcake and key lime pie. AMAZING!
Via Napoli or Teppan Edo - although I find I'm always stuffed when I leave Teppan Edo, so perhaps Via Napoli (ordering something small) would be a better option.
