Need an answer ASAP..can anyone explain how a points transfer works?

Do we need a 3-way phone call to MS? Or can I just give MS the person's account number?

Can someone please tell me what the steps are? Thank you

The only information needed by MS is the name and city of residence of the member who will receive the transferred points. The transferring member will, of course, provide his/her member # and identification but will not need to know the member # of the member receiving the points. MS will advise the member that this is a irreversible transaction and the transfer will occur.

Some have done this with a conference call, but most do not. A 3-way call is certainly not needed.
