Hello,



I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with Disney’s Guest Services. I’ve called and emailed several times and end up with the same result, we apologize- have a Magical Day. I’m at the point…. where I wished that I would have never promised this trip to a family member. It appears like everyone that I have spoken with is reading from a script and cannot offer any resolve. How do I get in contact with someone who can help or offer a solution?

How you should proceed really depends on what problem you're trying to solve. It it a reservation issue?
 


The cast members are usually very helpful - if there's something they cannot make happen, though, there's not much they can do.
