Need advice!

Hey everyone!
I need your wonderful advice. I sent all the initial paperwork to my consultant a few days before Christmas, on the 19th. Now, my consultant told me months before (back in August) that she would be away for a couple of weeks (not sure how long excatly), around the same time that I would be sending the information. I prefaced the email by saying I knew she would be away but wanted to get in in ASAP. She responded saying she would look it all over the following Monday when she was in the office (the 24th...).
So now it's been a while, and I know it takes at least 2 weeks to hear from the Planner.
But should I email to see if anyone has even looked at my paperwork? I don't even know if we did it right and I would hate to be delayed any longer...

i'd email my assistants planner, just to make sure everything is fine. i'm sure it is, but for peace of mind, that's what i'd do!

I don't even know who her assisstant is. I've only spoken and met with her.
Should I call in the morning (her number or main number), or email her and hope someone is checking for her?

i would call and sort it out, cos it maybe that cos you have just sent your contract in it maybe that you have not been assigned a planner and your dealing with a sales manager maybe. Def call them so you can put your mind at ease

I am in the same situation as you. My paperwork went in before Christmas and I am now waiting on a planner to call. I was going to email my contact today just to make sure everything is moving in the right direction.

I would definately call the main number. I was having a hard time getting my coordinator on my 1yr date (critical right??lol) and was able to get in touch with her within an hour of calling someone else on the main line. It helped!
