Okay. I have been "watching" the September 3, 2005 Magic Sailing for a while now, as we are thinking of switching to it from the November 26, 2005. Part of the problem was that we need 2 cabins and couldn't get any Cat 9 or 10 adjoining, across the hall, or next to each other.

Earlier today I noticed on Orbitz that there were now 4 sets of Category 9s on Deck 2 that were next to each other (actually 6 total cabins, three in a row on each side of the ship, mid ship). That is the perfect location to me. Now I checked again and there are only 3 of those 6 still available.

I got my lowest quote through MouseEars but don't think that TA is in until Monday. Should I just go ahead and book these through DCL to get the rooms I want now? Will I be able to transfer the reservation and still get their great price? Or if I book not directly through them will I lose the original quote they gave me?

I have a feeling waiting until Monday will "lose" me these cabins, no?

Book through DCL, transfer res on Monday....you'll hate yourself if you dont...

DCL phone lines were closed by the time I tried calling. However, I just now got an email from the MouseEars TA and he's "on the case." I'm sure he'll do his best to get what I want, so I'm going to try to relax until I hear from him again...with all the emails I've sent the past couple of days he'd probably like to come along just to throw me overboard, LOL. :p I'm such a pain.
