Need advice on using jetblue

Need some honest opinions about JetBlue airlines. How is their service now? Has it gone down hill some or is it the same. I have read some bad stories about them, but need you guys here that are more experts and will tell me the truth. The rates in dec are pretty good and I wanted to book now. Do you get to pick your seat or do they? I wanted to wait for Southwest rates but don't like to wait that long with the gas prices going up. Besides this is all I have left to do for my Dec trip. So please help me ,what would you do go with JetBlue or wait for Southwest whenever that is. I have not flown with either airlines before so I am a virgin. Thank you

I haven't flown Jetblue since 2007 but have always had a great experience. You get to pick your seat although they charge extra for certain seats. Go to www.seatguru.com . They seats are all 18" wide and they all have tv sets to watch (bring your own headphones).

I have to admit I've never flown Southwest, but frequently fly JetBlue. I have always had good experiences with them, find their seats to be comfy and like the seatback video. My Mom says to add that they have good snacks - all you want, too

You can choose your own seats when you book online.

I've flown both many times. I'd choose JetBlue over Southwest every time if given the choice.

We always fly Jetblue and have been very happy with them. Great service and good fares, and love the TVs!
