If you are Ok with a rental car then that might be an option. There is always Uber and there is a train.

This link below is pretty exhaustive:

My family has used JAG/Anaheim Town Car Services for many trips around So. Cal. They are prompt, super polite, and have great drivers who have both entertained our kids through rides or let us all sleep. I'd check there website if you'd like a car service. Just popping in the standard details (San Diego to Disneyland) comes back with $367 for a town car which can hold 4 people/4 bags. It is a lot of money, however, you'll probably be paying for hotel parking fees if you rent a car and some of those are expensive. Plus gas, navigating traffic, etc. Or there's Uber and Lyft. Not sure how they compare in price, but worth the look. :)

Either that or maybe look at staying in Anaheim, near to Disneyland - then making use of organised tours to San Diego that the likes of StarLine Tours provide, amongst others.

Their website address is:- https://www.starlinetours.com/

Various shuttle services will take you from Anaheim to LAX as the link in the 2nd reply on this thread will show you. Personally I can recommend Karmel Taxi, but others also say good things about Lansky and other shuttle services, so take your pick :)

Thanks we ended up with a van rental party of 10 going to do a one way from sd to lax over a few days came in around 800 so for 10 I was pleased. Thanks!
