Need Advice on Package/Room Issue

We currently have a 6 night MYW package booked at WL standard room. We want to stay 7 nights, but that last night (Feb 3) is not available as part of the package. The only thing available that night at all is courtyard view.
So should I reserve the courtyard room and hope there's a cancellation? Will we have to move rooms the last night, or maybe they'll give us a courtyard the whole time!? What are the chances of rooms coming available? It appears that most other resorts and room types are available that day, but for some reason, all the WL woods and standards are booked that one night!

We really don't want to change resorts, and I don't want to chance it when we get there and risk having nothing available at WL, so what should we do??

I would book the courtyard to make sure I had a room. You can always keep checking back to see if what you want has opened up.

I would book the courtyard too! Worse case scenario, you get to check out another view. I would explain my dilemma at checkin and see what pixie dust falls your way! (This would be after I had called back a couple of times to try to get it straight before we left)

I would book it and what's the worse thing that could happen? They move you to another room? (i hope i'm understanding the problem here, what I"m reading is that you want courtyard view the whole time but they are saying your last day there is already booked?) If it were me I would book what I can at the view I want and just hope someone cancels or they have a room open... I would do what the other poster said and just call back once a week to check... but book that last night there, just another view.

I know you want that hotel so I wouldn't change... not at all! And hey, save me a view hehe. I'll let your baby girl come play with PONGO at my resort while you're there...
