My 16-YO DS really wants to try Medieval Times. We will be at the Courtyard by Marriott for five nights and then the Hard Rock for three nights. I don't know where this theater is located. Is it closer to WDW or US? Any other advice would be appreciated. Also, I have a card for 15% off tickets, but I don't know how much they are before the discount.

Thanks guys.:D

It is closer to WDW. If you have a car it is not very difficult to get to. From the Courtyard. Take Hotel Plaza Blvd to 535. Turn right onto 535. Take 535 to US 192/Irlo Bronson/Vine (it will change names while you are on it but it is all the same road). Turn left onto US 192. Stay on US 192 until you reach Medieval Times on your right. It is about a 15 min drive depending on traffic. It is also located right next to a super walmart so you can get any thing you may need there.

Hello rebbeca- We did it last year and we loved it. If any one in your group has a birthday in the same month you are going, they can get in for free with another paying person. Tickets aren't cheap, probably around 35.00 adult and 24.00 for kids, I'm just not sure. Get there early. For the 8:00pm show we got there at 6:30. You get a colored ticket when they let you in to the great hall, It's seems like a tourist trap to get you to part with more money(we did). You'll see a group of steps and a velvet rope on the top step. Plant your group there. Leave in shifts if you must. The hall packs up quickly, elbow room only. when it's time to go in they call you by groups(your colored ticket is your group). When your color is called you'll be among the first in your group let in, this will put you in the second row. People pay extra for the first row, but you will be one row behind for a lower price. The wait staff (wenches) work for tips, if you or your family like a certain food or dislike something they will be happy to get you whatever you want. Including refills of drinks and desserts. Just ask.

Medieval times tickets are abuot 35.00, maybe more. Go to medieval times.com to see for sure. I've seen the show a few times and love it! Very entertaining!

The cost for adults (12 and over) is $44, however, there are discounts available, so be sure not to pay full price. The show is wonderful and although the food isn't gourmet, it's fun! The great hall as you enter is filled with all sorts of stuff to buy, but as long as you hold on to your wallet and forgo the "stuff", the price of the show and dinner is worth it. Oh, and they'll also come around selling more stuff after you are seated too. Most people succumb to the sales pitch, but we held our ground and never spent a dime for anything other than the tickets.
