My sister & I are in the planning stages for a trip to Disney in late fall. My husband and I want to camp because we have a dog (and want stay in the park) but my sister wants to stay in an off-site hotel. The problem with off-site hotels is that if they do allow pets it is usually only small pets (under 20 lbs). My dog is a lab so as you can probably guess is well over the 20 lb limit. Money is tight this trip and splitting the cost of accommodations is one of the ways we can save money. Here are some of our choices: 1. We stay in FW and let them stay in a cheap off-site hotel (there are 4 of them) 2. Try to talk them into camping, which so far has been an up-hill battle. or 3. "Underestimate"
: the size of our dog and take him the Disney Kennel when we are at the parks. I would like the hear others suggestions or ideas on this matter. BTW we would be tent camping.
