Need advice for spur of the moment trip

Decided to take a quick trip for our second visit to Universal. We are staying at AKL this Saturday night. What time should we leave Sunday morning to drive to PBH, check in, get tickets, and make it in time for early opening at 7? I have a feeling I might not like the answer
