Need advice for Southwest online check in

I have a round trip with Southwest coming up. I did not purchase the early whatever it is called.

What is the best advice for online check in? Is it 24 hours before flight departure that I can check in?

How will I do this at Disney for the flight home? Will the resort do it for me? If so, do I have to request that?

Any and all tips appreciated.

Yes, check in at exactly 24 hrs for the best boarding position. In parks, you can check in on your smart phone or at guest relations. At the resort, concierge can do it for you. But they will not do it automatically. You have to go at 24 hrs & ask. I use my phone and send my boarding pass to my passbook. No need for a print out. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

I would get the EBCI for the return flight home so you don't have to worry about checking in.

You can go to Guest Services in the parks, or to the front desk/concierge area at your resort. Be sure to have ID and flight info with you....I was asked for it. I always buy EBCI for my return flights when at WDW. That way, I don't have to worry about being available at the 24 hr mark.

Sorry to piggy-back on this thread, but I have another Southwest check-in question. If you have connecting flights to your final destination, so you have to check in on both flights if they were booked together for one trip?

No. When you check in for the first, you'll be checked in for both.
