need advice for my father

My dad is attending a Conference at WDW next week while my husband and I are there celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The following is a list of places they are going to be taken to. I'd appreciate any recommendations, comments or advice I could pass on to my dad.

Day one: Dinner at Victoria & Alberts (we get attend too!)

Day two: Dinner at Arthur's 27

Day three: Lunch at Fulton's Crab House
Dinner at Animal Kingdom Park (place unspecificed)

Day four: Dinner at Flying Fish Cafe (we get to go too!)

Day five: Lunch at Emeril's Restaurant
Dinner at California Grill (we get to go too!)

There are really no great places for a nice dinner at AK unless you want to do RFC(and that's not great either).

If you can stand to do a later dinner, why don't you hop over to AKL for dinner at Boma? AK closes on the early side anyway & the food there is outstanding!
