Hi everyone. We are booked into two studios for The WL in July.
Today while on a field trip I was reading my Disney book with the points listed (on the bus). I see we have enough points for a two bedroom boardwalk.
We LOVE the boardwalk but wanted to try something different so decided on WL. BUT now that I see that we can get a boardwalk and all be in one unit maybe we can hold off on staying someplace new.
So my question is this, is it too late to get a standard view boardwalk with two bedrooms for July? And if it isn't too late, should we stick with the two studios at the WL in which we have never stayed, or go with the boardwalk which we do love? We were really looking forward to the WL, but the thought of being in a two bedroom seems so nice also.
I just am at crossroads on this one.
Maybe your all going to laugh and say, "What is she nuts, its definatly too late for the two bedroom". But thats okay to, I just want honest opinions.
Thanks Disney friends :)

Getting a standard view at this point will be very difficult for June but you never know until you try. Even if it's not, you can always go on a wait list and try it that way. You never know what will happen over the next couple of months.

HBC - Thanks for the advice. I really like that idea. If I waitlist can I still keep my original reservation? I am guessing yes.

Yes, you can keep your existing reservation while you waitlist. If you book a day at a time, then you may have a problem with holes in your ressie, and moving.

I waitlisted for a SV 2 bedroom at the BWV in March last year for an August ressie and it came through about 2 months before. So, I think there's a chance your waitlist will come through. We waitlisted for the whole ressie, we didn't want to move.

Thats the whole thing, once we check in somewhere we want to stay put.
We will be coming from two nights at POP and want our next five nights to be in one place. So if I waitlist and all five nights don't become available then I can still stay at my original choice without losing that reservation?
Or if as the waitlist becomse available do they automatically reserve it for you day by day?

You say how you want the waitlist to work, either the whole reservation, or day by day. You can also say if you want it automatic, of if you want them to call when the day/whole reservation is available. That's up to you.

Bobbi :)
