Help! Ive just been told my triglycerides were very high for me being so young after my cholestorel test. (im not even overweight, but my diet has been bad).

Anyhow, I have to seriously limit the white flour and sugar intake, eat more veggies and switch to primarily whole grains. I will be at WDW in 2.5 weeks. We are on the DP and have ADRs for TS restaurants each day, many buffets. I know I can find something to eat at the buffets and all the TS restaurants without a problem. I need help with QS, as I have always been the hot dog & fries type of girl.

What QS restaurants offer more healthy options (whole grain, etc). And any suggestions on what to order? I really am not a fan of veggies, other than salad. Of course I love pasta and potatoes and such which I guess is why I am where I am. I can eat meat and cheese, my bad cholestorel was not high, just need to cut out the bad carbs and sugar.

I saw that Riverside Mill offers a create your own salad that sounds good. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Columbia Harbor House at MK has an anchor aweigh sandwach which is white tuns on whole grain hoagie type bun..also most of the burgers and hot dogs have whole wheat buns. My husband is diabetic and so we watch his carbs. Also Sunshine Seasons at Epcot the Land has some healthy options..have a huge selection. Those are 2 of our favorite places to eat. If you ask at some of the food court (I know POP) they can make you glueten free pancakes or waffles which are lower carb. Flamtree Grill has wonderful ribs and if you let them know ahead of time they can make them without a sugar rub which has tons of carbs and still tasty!!! The chicken ceasar salads are good option too, You can aks them to go light on the dressing. Hope this helps

When we were there in June they were serving it on a whole grain traditional sandwich type bread. I have never been a fan of whole grain breads, but this one I would buy if I could, very tasty! So were the super fresh tomatoes on the sandwich! :)
