Please help me decide on my ADRs. I am the unofficial trip planner of our family, and I am stuck and confused. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 kids who will be ages 17, 13, and 7 during the trip. I have a couple of ADRs made, but I need to add at least on character meal. Here is what I have so far:

Day 1 spent at MK, with an ADR at the Whispering Canyon at 8am. This one is requested by the other 2 adults, so I can't cancel it, but could change they day if need be.
Day 2 Epcot in the morning, DTD for trick or treats at night. No ADR yet.
Day 3 DS in the morning, Mnsshp at night. ADR for Kona Cafe at 5pm.
Day 4 AK in the morning, Epcot at night. No ADR yet.

The other restaurants that people would like are Tutto Italia (my sis), Crystal Palace (me and my oldest niece would like this one), Liberty Tree Tavern (my sis and the other 2 kids), Garden Grill (my brother in law and niece), and Boatwrights for breakfast (my sis). I am also trying to figure out how we could fit a Princess meal in, as my youngest niece is a total Princess, and we didn't do any Princess meals on our last trip.

My thoughts were to maybe add either the Liberty Tree or Crystal Palace to Day 1, if they are availabe for a late lunch or dinner. I would love to do breakfast at the Castle, but unless we move the Whispering Canyon, there is no way to make it work. That is the only morning we plan for MK, so I thought if we were at the Whispering Canyon we would be only a short boat ride away.

The thing is too that I don't want to totally bog down a short 4 day trip with ADRs. Then it feels like all you are spending so much time eating, or planning on eating, that your time in the park is wasted.

Any ideas? Please help me! TIA!:)

I also have 3 kids 17, 13 and 4..oldest 2 are boys and want to eat and run onto the rides. 4 yr old is a girl and wants princesses and Mickey!

They have a nice princess breakfast in Norway at Epcot (Akershus). If your 7 year old is a boy, he may prefer Donalds Safari Breakfast in Animal Kindom (Tusker House)

Good Luck

Day 2 Epcot in the morning, DTD for trick or treats at night. No ADR yet. Depending on what meal you want an ADR for, think about Ranforest at DTD (cool for kids, at least once) or The Garden Grille at Epcot

Day 3 DS in the morning, Mnsshp at night. ADR for Kona Cafe at 5pm. If a princess or character meal is important, consider this day for either the Crystal Palace or the Castle

Day 4 AK in the morning, Epcot at night. No ADR yet. On this one think about the Character Breakfast at AK (if you're not too tired from the halloween party the night before; Also consider Biergarten in German at Epcot for dinner, loads of fun and good food! You could also do a princess meal this day, I believe Norway has one.

I'm a huge CP fan, so I would also vote for a late lunch/early dinner on this day, it would be managable with your very early breakfast, but it does take a lot of time from your only MK day.

Day 2 Epcot in the morning, DTD for trick or treats at night. No ADR yet. I would "kill two birds with one stone" on this day and make plans for a princess lunch at Norway. That will take care of your character meal, your ADR for the Epcot day as well. The other option would be Garden Grill on this day for the same effect (ADR and character meal)

Day 3 DS in the morning, Mnsshp at night. ADR for Kona Cafe at 5pm.

Day 4 AK in the morning, Epcot at night. No ADR yet. Donalds safari breakfast is available here. Or you could go with Tutto for a nice dinner on your last evening?
