I keep hearing about how great AAA is. I'm not a member but now I'm thinking maybe I should look into this. Here's my deal. I'm planning a Disney trip for me (41), husband (43), mother (59), daddy (63), brother (28) and his girlfriend (25). I want to book 3 rooms, 6 day base tickets with dinning plan for Oct 28-Nov 4, 2006. We're planning to stay in Pop, by the Disney web site it will be $5,242.56. Can someone help me with AAA pricing?

Booking through AAA gives you a discount on the room portion of the package, something you can't get through CRO. You can book a room-only ressie through CRO but not the package. Call CRO and find out what the rate difference is between the room you want to book and the AAA rate for that room, times it by the number of rooms you need, and there's your savings.

I'll give you a guesstimate. I can't get back to the quote exactly since I don't know how they figure the tax but the Disney quote consists of 7 nights at Pop during regular season ($772.80). AAA will give you a 15% off the room only portion or about $115. So on three rooms you should save about $345. Of course AAA may add a booking fee or insurance. I think this varies per agency.
