Need a villain design...

can someone help make what's in my head? Lol
It is rectangular and says Chillin' with my villains. It has all 4 villains that are at club villain: Malificient, Queen of Hearts, Cruella and Swon Whites queen. I would like an outside border because I will be putting this on a black or dark purple shirt. Thanks a ton in advance to anyone who can help!
