Need a rolling carryon recommendation

I am looking for a rolling carryon that I can put under the seat.

The last time I traveled the commuter plane refused to let me board with my rolling Mickey smaller pilot case I bought from TDS. They didn't tell me this until I was attempting to board the commuter plane. They refused to stow it with the other luggage and took it back into the commuter airport claiming they didn't have the right tags on it. It disappeared and was never seen again.

I'm hoping to find a rolling carryon that will fit under seats.

Taget & Wal-mart both carry luggage that should be what your looking for. Other than that a luggage store.
The thing I don't get is, if you are on a commuter/regional jet you are suppose to leave your bag planeside then pick-up planeside. Not sure why this didn't happen. The gate agent should put a small tag on your bag then give you the matching stub. I'd check with the airline and see what the specific plane is and go from there. There is not a lot of room under the seats on these types of planes, so don't know what/if anything besides a backpack would fit.

We were shopping for luggage last week*didn't find any for us but we did see small rolling bags at JCPenny- they were samsonite and were really cool side rollers too! They were all on sale 50% off
