Need a Plan to get PS @ CRT for Large Group

Help! I've seen all of the hints for getting PS @ CRT, but none of them talk much about a large group. There will be 15 of us. I understand that I will have to call group dining instead of the regular PS phone number. Any hints for calling the group dining #? i.e. when to punch a # to get through the phone system? We are cool with being seated at 2 or three tables if necessary.

Are you using a Travel Agent? Do you have a grand gathering number? I would do both of those things to increase my odds of getting the reservation. It will still be hit or miss but with them adding the lunch you have twice the chance you had before June 10.

We have a gathering # -will this increase the odds? I thought it was just to get the PSs on all of our itineraries. DM made the resies thru a travel agent where she live in Iowa. It sounds like her agent may not be up to speed on all things Disney - I mentioned the new Magic Express to DM and the agent hadn't heard of it! We ended up educating the agent, who is going in July too! DM wants me to make the PSs.

I'm so glad you posted this...I had no idea large groups had a special procedure! There will be 9 of us. Which number do I use??

I don't think you have to worry until you are a group of 12 or so. I've seen posts where groups your size have made reservations at the reg #. Just to be on the safe side call the DINE number and ask them if you'll have any special concerns with PSs for a party of 9.
