I know this sounds like a strange request, but here goes.....I am the Pin Trader at the Disney Store I work at. I am trying to put a few things together for our trading session tomorrow night, and am wondering if anyone here either has or can tell me where I might be able to find a picture of the pins they won't accept as traders at the parks. I know I saw it posted somewhere on my last trip. It is hard to explaine to people what they look like so I thought a Picture might help.

I am trying to get people interested in trading telling them all to stop by on Tuesday and handing out the rules at the store. I did quite a bit of trading when our store reopened Saturday and seemed to get alot more people interested who have traded in the parks.

If anyone here has ideas for what else I can do please let me know I have today off and am going to try and get this together for my shift tomorrow, I would like to see the trading continue in the stores and I think the more info I can get out it can only help keep people interested.

The TDS trading rules seem to be lengthy, but yet very open and generous. I have some European pins that are even part gold-tone, with a little enamel coloring. Those are even acceptable, as I have been told. (As in Pinpics #4156)
Even Pinpics #895 I was told was an acceptable trade. (Silver plated Applause pin)
I don't remember all the rules right now, but I am sure the rubber faces, like #4142 are not tradeable.
Those who normally trade at DL/DCA should be very happy with the TDS rules.

There are a few pins not accepted for trading at WDW, and some rules that go with pin trading.

First rubber pins are not tradable even if they are Disney pins. The weird fact is that they sell these pins at Disney but you can't trade them.

Second non-Disney pins are not tradable; they have to say Disney on the back.

As far as trading goes, the rules are If you're a CM with a lanyard that is.

· No duplicates, you cannot have the pin they are using to trade on your lanyard already.
· Pins must be in good shape, no scratched, broken, or plastic pins.
· If the pin trader put their pin back in their mouth while trading with you, please tell them to please keep their back.

These are a few I know of, hope it helps.

To be honest most CM will trade just about anything with Kids.
