Need a persuasive speech topic

What about something to the effect of:

You should have to take a class and get a license before you and your spouse or significant other can have kiddo's. Afterall, you need to have a license to drive, get married etc,

I think this would make a hilarious speech.

i remember doing that for my college class. At the time I was a volunteer firefighter and my persausive speech was on " why you should pull over for a blue light". Where I live all fire fighters are volunteer and blue lights represent a courtesy light that firefighters use on their vehicles to let you know you are on your way to an emergency and please pull over. Good luck on your speech.

Keeping college kids entertained can be difficult. I doubt they'd find anything Disney-related "fun."

Why not do something on banning the speed limit or something like that?

Or persuade them to open a ROTH IRA with their tax refunds. That should be easy enough with a simple growth chart based on the time value of investing.
