Need a little help...

I understand Kelly is not doing and DISigning right now but I have one of her desgins that I think I can modify on my own but I need a little guidance. It is for our September trip.

Here is the DISign:

I just need to change the wording at the bottom from Our Family Vacation to Lanoue Family Vacation. I read the thread that has instructions on how to change text and such but my problem is I don't know what font is used.

Does anyone recognize the font?
