Need a little help

I don't know if anyone can help but I am looking for the gold Elizabeth Swann dress for my dd for Halloween. The only place I can find it is on ebay from the UK and we live in the US. Is this something that is in a store online that I could order from? I have tried searching and have had no luck except for Ebay. I have sent a message to a few of the people selling and have had no response as of yet. Just thought I would try here. Thanks
