Need a freezer pack for the flight?

I have made my own freezer pack that is airline friendly (so far so good). Take a hand towel, wet it and ring it out. Fold it up and put it in a large zip lock and freeze. We use something similar to this at the hospital which is what gave me the idea.

Great idea!

I use frozen grapes or carrot sticks.
