So my dream was always to move to Florida and work for WDW. I even applied there on one trip back in the year 2000.

Well times have changed and so have I :)

I am currently moving to CA(20 mins from Disneyland) and im not sure what to expect at WDL(is that right ?) I mean ive read about the rides there, how some are longer and better then the one in WDW.
Any advice from anyone?
I also read something, and forgive my horrible memory, where there are a few shows you need to get tickets for? Not that you have to pay for said show but you need a ticket to see it.

Someone please help lol, as much as my sister likes to think she knows what she talking abut in terms of WDL, a lot of the stuff ive researched in she is wrong.

Usually disneyland iseither just DL or DLR disneyland resort. The show you need a fast pass for is woc world of color. The show is at dca disney california adventures. You get a fast pass at GRR Grizly river run. When you enter the park head right its on the left hand side by the park entrance to the grand california hotel. The fast pass will tell you what show you are going to and where to line up. Each color has a different section to line up at.

The two major differences when it come to rides tower of terror at wdw has a little ride by some props before it drops at dca you just drop no ride first. Splash mnt at wdw the rows are two deep u sit right next to ur friend at dl u have ur own row everyone sit behind the person in front of them.

I go to the DLR every weekend feel free to pm with questions.

ok before i go to bed whats MTTMM. I see people asking for pass's to this on this board and im just curious as i cant for the life of me figure it out lol

Mickey's Toontown Morning Madness, guests that come on a resort package, get a ticket to it. They get to enter toontown an hour early. Toontown opens late and closes early. The guest go in, there is a mini parade party and character meet and greats. The guests get a special button.
