Need a CS in Studios?

I like to go to pizza planet, but we are doing pizzasafari at AK the next day and I don't think I can convince my DM to do 2 days in a row of pizza for lunch. What are some good options for counter service in Studios?

There is Backlot Express which does the usual chicken strips and burgers and such. Over on Sunset right before you hit RNRC and TOT is Sunset Market Ranch which is a series of places to get pizza, burgers, hot dogs and other foods. There is also the ABC Commissary but I hear the food quality has gone down quite a bit recently there.

We go to Rosie's for burgers and the usual, or to ABC for a Cuban.

We tried Backlot Express in August, and ended up going again during our trip. Not that it was anything stellar, but the burgers and fries were good, and the AC was appreciated. The entrance is way back, once you pass Indiana Jones, heading toward Star Tours.

They have a smoked turkey sandwich that is on multigrain bread that is great and a marble cheesecake that is pretty darn good!

We always eat at the Backlot Express. I mistakenly ate at the Commissary a couple times last year with friends and it was terrible.

#1 choice is we really liked Starring Rolls--they have 3 sandwich choices (and the servings are huge...like fill you plate.) We liked the turkey on foccacia bread the best, but the other two were also good. (one was roast beef & stuff, the other was veggie) You get a drink, a bag of chips & your choice of any of the baked goods there for your dessert (not just the usual prepackaged Counter service dessert.)

#2 choice is Pizza planet-like getting a side salad with the pizza

#3 choice is ABC Commisary, cuban sandwich

#4 choice is Rosie's for double cheeseburger & fries
