NEED a car.. help!!! Sold out at swan/dolphin... HELP!!!

We need a rental car for our 12/20- 12/29 vacation. We are staying at Pop, and only need the car from the 24-28. We are going to my grandparent's house on Christmas(taxi isn't an option), and then Sea World, KSC, and Dixie Stampede the other days.
All the rental cars are sold out at the Swan/Dolphin.
Is there any way that we can rent a car through some place, and have the car sent/dropped off to Pop? Any ideas???
I have no idea what to do- and we don't want to have a rental car- when we will never use it.
Any help would be sooo much appreciated!!!

I have a ressie for our Oct trip from Enterprise (407-3970800 ) that will pick me up at POP .

Then I got a real good rate the 18-22 of Dec from Dollar (online location code MCOS01) across the street from DTD marketplace bus stop.

But many DTD hotels have rentals and they are only a few blocks walk from the DTD bus stop.

Hope this helps. I used Expedia with a 10 mile radius of WDW to get the addresses then went on their sites for the ressies (Expedia not a big savings for my times).

I just checked Dollar for Fullsize Magnum 24th-28th 12:00noon $185 and some change

It looks like Budget at the Doubletree in DTD has availability, and the website says that they will come pick you up.

Avis at the Hilton in DTD has availability, it's only a short walk from the Marketplace.

Dollar has availability at the Grovesnor resort in DTD (technically in Lake Buena Vista, not Orlando), they look like the best prices as well. Not sure about pick up, it's a little bit of a walk down Hotel Plaza Blvd from the Marketplace, probably would be an inexpensive taxi ride from Pop.

dollar will pick you up and if they are not busy they will drive you back(no gaurantees on the drop off
