need a camera recomendation !

I really need a new camera, I did look at the photo thread but they are WAY over my level. I just need a camera that will take awesome pics despite me Actually, i want one with IS, and most importantly ( and why I posted this here) I want one that will take great pics of moving kids. I have some wonderful pics of my grandkids looking like colored streaks instead of children, The oldest will sit still until I am ready, the youngest is always moving and I really want some pics of them playing. any good ideas??

i bought the Canon powershot S3 a few months ago bececause my kids sports pics were blurry. So far so good. Took great pictures of moving monster trucks for my DS just a few nights ago, plus swimming pics, fireworks... It also has a 12X zoom and takes AA batteries instead of litium which were also important. it has 6 megapixels which was enough for me.
