Need 5 day hopper (no plus)

I am an AP holder but trying to help friends plana majorly budgeted trip. The only broker I usually refer people to only sells 5 day plus admission. They will strictly be there 5 days and won't go back anytime in the foreseeable future (8-10years). Any recommendations for good discounted (but reliable) broker.

Sorry, can't help with the discount broker.

While researching options for a friend, I did find that WDW discounts the 5-day park hopper passes slightly (I'm thinking about 10%, but could be wrong) for advance, online purchases. Also, if your friends are members of AAA, they may be able to purchase them through AAA.

Your best bet for 5 Day Hoppers (no pluses) is an advance purchase either through Disney or the TDS . Or AAA oftentimes has similar prices to Disney.

For some reason, the ticket brokers don't seem to discount the regular hoppers as much as they do the PHPs.

AAA is your best bet, our AAA office beat Disney Store prices by about $5.00 per ticket.

Have you checked out Ticket Mania? They have the 5 day hopper (no plus) for $240 Adult with free shipping. The 5+ is $260

Does that beat Disney's price?

There is a discount for advance purchases, which can be via Disney online, phone or the Disney store. It is a little less than 10%.

nope, disney's advance on this pass is 231.11 (including tax), the shipping is 3.00 per order. the 5 plus is 263.07 (including tax).

Where you make out is if you don't do an advance purchase.

The prices for the 5 day and 5 day + at the gate are:
254.54 and 286.50.

If you have AAA, check out the price in your local area - here in Northern NH, it's $222 for an adult five day PH, no pluses. No taxes, and $4/shipping per order, unless you go pick it up.

I checked my local AAA in Minnesota and adult park hopper's are $177.00/children and $222.00/adult. It comes with an entry pass into a close AAA parking lot (payment into lot still required) That Beats Disneys advance purchase by $9.11/Adult and $6.18/child plus the $3.00 shipping charge. I do know they offer different ticket prices for different states but you should check it out. Another good place to check is Paramount!! Theres info on these boards about them. I would sign up for the mousavers newsletter, they have some deals on tickets. (great deals on other stuff too)

You might want to try this broker :

Paramount International Travel

They have very good rates on multi day Disney passes. The 5 day Hopper with no pluses is not listed on the site, but they probably sell it - a quick call or an email will confirm this. They reply to mails quite quickly too - I queried them on a couple of passes not listed on the website and they sell both.

As an example, they are offering the 5 day Plus ticket for $239 inc. taxes, $21 better than Ticketmania.com, or some $47 better than the gate price I believe. There is probably a few dollars carriage to add, but in the continental USA, it wont be much.

All passes to Disney, regardless of where they are purchased, are assessed the Florida sales and use tax.

Just to clarify this (sorry Gail ) - all passes are assessed the tax, but for almost all ticket sellers, the taxes are included in the prices that you are quoted.

For whatever reason, those taxes are NOT included in the prices that you get from Disney itself.
